then & now

Week 5 | August 14th & 15th

You are not a fixed image.

What to Expect

We're always evolving.

That's not a platitude - it's something you've probably felt in your body.

Think about a time life asked more of you than you expected. A breakup, a big move, a moment where something shifted and you had to stop and really look at yourself. You came out the other side with a clearer picture - not a perfect one, but a fuller one.

You remembered things about yourself that you'd forgotten. You found things you didn't know were there. You let some things go.

And here you are, carrying all of it.

This shoot isn't about presenting your most put-together self. It's actually the opposite. We're going to make space for every version of you to be in the room at the same time and see what that looks like when the camera catches it.

Set Design

  • A crumpled green backdrop: textural, folded, and imperfect, already carrying the evidence of having been through something

  • Faces seen through glass vases filled with water, multiplied and shifted, still recognizably you but not just one of you (we contain multitudes!)

  • The green surrounds you the way growth actually does: not clean, not linear, just present and alive

  • Close-ups through the glass where your face and the green behind you bend and layer together into something completely new
