What to Expect

Week 1 is about the relationships that hold us. The ones we don't always stop to acknowledge - a parent, a neighbor, a friend we keep meaning to call.

This week creates the space to pause and say: this person matters to me, and I want that documented.

Bring someone with you - It doesn't have to be complicated!

Just show up with a person you're glad exists and I’ll do the rest.

Set Design

  • A light-blue, single-color backdrop

  • Posing between people will be relational: back to back, face to face, leaning in, looking away - the space between people is as compositionally active as the bodies themselves

  • Physical touch as visual language: interlocked hands, linked arms, the geometry of how people hold each other
